Services

The ISD Pupil Accounting Auditor provides Pupil Accounting Services to the constituent districts within the C.O.O.R. Intermediate School District; Crawford, Oscoda, Ogemaw, and Roscommon counties, and constituent districts within the Iosco Regional Education Service District; Iosco and Oscoda counties. Audits are conducted on pupil counts which support a significant portion of school district funding for the local school districts and public school academies.

Days and Clock Hour Review and Certification
Graduation and Dropout (GAD) Exit Requests & GAD Audit
CEPI – MSDS and EEM Collections Support
Section 25e Support, Audit & Claim Processing
Teacher Certification Audit
Supply districts with necessary data, forms, and instructions
Maintain records of audited student counts from year to year

Pupil Accounting State Reporting & Count Dates:

Note: The pupil count dates are the First (1st) Wednesday in October and the Second (2nd) Wednesday in February per Section 6(7) of the State School Aid Act.

Nov. 6, 2024: MSDS File Submission Certification Deadline
Nov. 13, 2024: MSDS File Recertification Deadline
Nov. 15, 2024: REVVER Notebooks Deadline (Forms and Supporting Documentation)

Spring Supplemental Count - February 12, 2025
